THE SELLING PROCESS



If you are a seller and you are looking at getting your home on the market what do you do?  First things first, CALL ME!  I say the selling “process” for a reason.  It is sometimes very overwhelming for a seller to think about what all has to be done before they can even get their homes ready to go on the market.  I will walk you through all of it one step at a time.  How do you eat an elephant?  One bite at a time.  I will keep reminding you of this because if you look at this as one whole big pie- it will seem very large. Larger than it really is.  I will walk through your home, make notes of what I see that needs to be changed, cleaned, moved, etc and then we figure out the timing.  I have  professional designer than I utilize for staging homes when necessary, I have Connie taking all of the fabulous photos and we do what we can to make your home look as awesome as it possibly can.  The price and condition are the two most important factors of selling a home. If you keep the home clean and I price it properly, we should have a winning combination.

What is my home worth is always the first question!  Probably not what you think it is.  That’s not to be rude, its simply the truth.  I have worked with enough sellers to know they have an inflated view of what their homes should be selling for. In this market, a buyers market, there is so much inventory out there that you have to be super aggressive in your pricing in order to move it at all, not even to move first.
