WHY USE A REALTOR?



We don’t just throw your home on MLS and wait for a Buyer to come.  That’s not how it works. There is a lot of work involved in selling a home on the back end.  Getting a buyer in the doors is one small part of the pie, the rest of the pie is getting that buyer to the closing table. Remember when I told you this job is all in the details?? This is where the deal can be made or broken.  When there is no seller representation (typically it is only to save money) the seller truly doesn’t know what is necessary and what they are obligated to according to NC law. What you think might save you money won’t save you money in the long run. Also, if a buyer comes along and they also don’t have representation, this is a recipe for disaster.  There are so many legal issues that can come up that I would be remis if I didn’t say for you to get a Realtor, even if it’s not me, just get one that is great with contracts and can negotiate on your behalf!  Someone that can explain all of the disclosures, someone to walk you through the buyers lending issues as they arise, someone to negotiate repairs.  Just call someone!
